Dole, a traditional red blend, from Chamoson, in southwestern Switzerland, in the heart of the canton of Valais. The family has been growing vines and making wines since 1851. All grapes for this wine come from the winery’s own properties. A generous, robust wine that nicely combines terroir and a rustic character along with the fruitiness of red and blackberries. Enjoy it with poultry, veal, Burgundy beef fondue, game, and cheese.
